It happens to all of us - reach for your debit card only to find it missing. If you find yoruself in this situation, immediately report it to us at Affinity as well as to any participating merchants with whom you've setup online bill payments. Once we've issued a new card, you will have to reestablishh automatic bill payments with your new card at the participating merchants.
Call us at 1-800-523-4175 as soon as you discover your card missing!
An Affinity Bank Client Representative will cancel the lost or stolen card and issue a replacement immediately. You won't be liable for any fraudulent purchases or withdrawls from your account when you notify us promptly.
